Celtic Connection respects the privacy of visitors to our website. We do not collect personal information from you, unless you voluntarily provide it to us. We do not sell the names or addresses or any personal information about our customers to third parties. Cookies are used on our site, but only to store items in your shopping cart.

You do not need to have cookies enable to shop at our store. However, without cookies any items placed in your shopping basket will not be stored if you leave the site.

No, we do not have a minimum order.
- What are you business hours?
Our Online Store operates 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our shipping and receiving hours are Tuesday to Saturday from 10am to 4pm GMT.
- What kind of Credit Cards can I use?
You can use VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover/Novus, Diners Club or JCB. All derivatives of these brands are also supported. Credit Cards are processed securely by 2CO. Please allow up to 10 days for the credit card to be processed.

Yes, You can choose to pay by PayPal during the checkout process.

We send out parcels via Royal Mail Standard Parcel Service.
- When will my order be shipped?
We try to have your order shipped out within two working days. Custom orders will take longer depending on what is required.
- Will you ship to International Locations?
We will ship to the following countries: United Kingdom, United States of America, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan and Europe. If your country is not listed you can contact us to make special arrangements.
- What is your Return Policy?
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order then simply return the items within 7 days with a brief note explaining your complaint and we will give you with a full refund. We will only offer a refund on complete items returned in their original condition.

Yes. We can make up baskets for Weddings, Valentines, Anniversarys, Birthdays, Christmas, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Easter, Special Occasions, and much more. Just contact us with your requirements.
- How do I make my soap last longer?
Keep the soap dry after use by setting on it's edge or in an elevated soap dish where it can drain.
- Why does my gift look different from the picture?
All our greetings cards are individually crafted and so each one is slightly different. Our soaps are made in batches so the colour may vary slightly. Also, different monitors will display different colours, so what you see is probably different from what we and others see.
